Pricing does not include the 12% Florida tax and exit cleaning fee: Covers towels,bedding and exit cleaning. 
($55 one bedroom with 2 guests- $10 per additional guest- Max 4 people in the unit)

($75 two bedroom with 4 Guests-$10 per additional guest-Max 6 people in the unit)

BOOKING INFORMATION
Our 2 bedroom 2 bath includes one King sized, and two twin sized beds.  Our one bedroom has one queen sized bed.  One bedroom apartments have queen size sofa sleepers in the living room.

Rates are based on an occupancy of 2 in a one bedroom, and 4 in a two bedroom.  Extra guests are 10.00/day plus tax each.  Maximum guests are 6 in a two bedroom and 4 in a one bedroom.

Minimum stay 1 week Mid December to Mid April, no minimum stays balance of year.  Occasionally we have days available between long term guests and will rent less than a week. Holiday rates are subject to change and please call for extended stay pricing (>30 days)

Total for Guest stay is due 30 days prior to arrival. In addition a $300 refundable security deposit is taken at the time of reservation. These can be paid via Mastercard, Visa, Amex & Discover or via check or money order.

Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or later, checkout time prior to 10:00 a.m.   To accommodate all of our guests in preparing rooms later stays cannot be assumed.   

Although it is the desire of Siesta Holidays to determine in advance which apartment is designated for a guest, rights are reserved at the discretion of Siesta Holidays for apartment assignment even after  confirmation.

Special arrangements must be made for pets, boats, and trailers at time of reservation. 

Cancellations:  Rental deposits will be refunded  with written request 60 days prior to arrival with penalty.

Note: No refunds will be provided (full or partial) for weather or mechanical events beyond our control-Internet/Cable access-electricity-pool malfunction. Tropical or hurricane damage or interruption etc.
