Booking reservation information:

Minimum stay 1 week in season, fewer days off season. A 25% deposit for all reservation requests with balance due immediately upon arrival. Weekly rates are available, daily rates apply for stays six days or less.  Rates are in U.S. dollars.

Check in time is 2:00 pm or later, check out time prior to 10:00 am.  To accommodate all of our guests in preparing a room, a 1/2 day rate charge against the security deposit will be incurred to all guests who do not depart on time.

Special arrangements must be made for pets, boats, trailers.

VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover accepted.  Rental deposits will be refunded with written notice 60 days prior to arrival date, minus a $75 cancellation fee.  Rental deposits for high season rentals and holidays are non refundable.  No refunds or credits made for late arrivals or early departures.  Payment is required at arrival. A Security deposit of $200.00 will be held upon arrival, and fully refunded within 5 days of departure, if there is no undue damage, excessive cleaning needs, smoke odors, or unpaid bills.

Rates subject to change without notice.  Add 10% for Holiday dates including Easter, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  This also includes the week prior and after Easter and Christmas. 

Rates are based on an occupancy of four guests in a two bedroom and two guests in a one bedroom unit.  A charge of $7.00 per day will be charged for each additional guest.   To accommodate all of our guests enjoyment of the property, additional guests must be approved at time of reservation.

All rates are subject to State and County Taxes currently 11%.

Management reserves the right to change unit assignment for comparable after confirmation of apartment.
